Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has sold 100% of Park Avenue I and close to 50% of Park Avenue II, with many units yet to be released, in the prestigious MBR City, a vibrant and well-connected residential community strategically located in one of Dubai’s most sought-after areas. Park Avenue has now recorded over 45% construction completion.

Park Avenue comprises three buildings with 372 residential and 29 retail units. Each building has its own fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Work is progressing swiftly, with the structures of Park Avenue I, II and III now all being 99% complete and the total workforce having been increased to 675 to further accelerate construction.
