Azizi Developments’ Park Avenue II marks 81% completion

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the rapid construction progress of its prestigious Park Avenue II project, located in MBR City, with it now being 81% complete. The completion date is set for Q2 2023. Park Avenue is a vibrant and well-connected residential community strategically located in one of Dubai’s most growth-inclined, sought-after, and well-connected areas. 

The project comprises 372 homes and 29 retail units, with each building having its own fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Work is progressing at full speed, with Park Avenue II’s structure, blockwork, and internal plaster all being 100% complete, and the workforce of all Park Avenue buildings having been increased to 670. Tiling, HVAC, and MEP now stand at 89%, 84%, and 77% respectively, while external works are 40% complete. The swimming pool is 47% done, and the façade is 95% finalised. Overall finishes are now at 66%.
