Azizi Developments’ Riviera Phase 1 And 2 Are Now 99% And 83% Sold Out
Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced that only 1% of phase 1 of its flagship master planned community Riviera is unsold, while 83% of its second phase is already sold out. Riviera, Azizi’s French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community, is located in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid City in the midst of Dubai’s business, leisure and retail hubs of the city. A substantial portion of the unsold units are still kept unreleased, with them being added to the available inventory shortly.
Riviera’s phase 1 is now 85% complete, while phase 2 and 3 have reached 80% and 50% construction completion respectively.
