Bahrain's Capital Club hosts executive workshop on Transformational Leadership

Capital Club, Bahrain’s premier private business club recently hosted an executive workshop entitled ‘Transformational Leadership’ the new leadership model, led by Jean Nicolai, an expert in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Founder and President of SteppingStone Global. The workshop was attended by more than 50 Members and guests who gained insight on the innovative leadership model which is  applicable at all levels of management from top management to project managers.

During the dynamic workshop, Mr Nicolai shared his own experiences and discussed the skills, expertise, ambition and attitude that is necessary to become a good leader. He highlighted the importance of NLP as a powerful tool which helps individuals to break free from the routine thought patterns, change and organise their style of thinking, language and behaviours to achieve expected positive business outcomes and become successful over the years.
