Hosted by Bayt.com – the Middle East’s #1 Job Site – this year’s Talent Forward event featured experts outlining the latest challenges, trends, and technologies in the world of hiring and talent management. The event took place in Dubai on the 1st of May at the FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel.

Under the theme "Think Forward, Hire Forward", the annual employer and HR leadership conference brought together MENA region’s leading companies, seasoned managers, and Human Resources experts to discuss the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the future of hiring, tech solutions to optimize hiring processes, and the most effective long-term hiring strategies.

This year, Talent Forward deliberated some of the most pressing matters related to talent that are specific to the UAE. Participating companies included Al Futtaim, DAMAC, EXPO2020, RAK Bank, ADCB, FlyDubai, Sephora, Acer and many more.

The Bayt.com event brought together a multitude of professionals from the HR and talent-management fields, the heads of some of the country’s most prominent businesses, and UAE-based recruiters who are interested in the latest trends in recruitment.
