Braun Silk-épil launches competition to give young women a chance to follow their dreams
Braun Silk-épil announces a unique campaign which aims to help young girls in the region discover the beauty of self-confidence. ‘Beauty with Confidence’will follow the transformation of 4 candidates as they elevate their self-confidence and strive to win $10,000 to follow their dream goals.
The ‘Beauty with Confidence’competition will runthrough an online application hosted on Braun Beauty Arabia’s facebook page. Aspiring girls from across the GCC will be able to send in their stories and earn a chance to be one of the 4 finalists who will receive complete confidence make-overs, i.e. make-overs which will tackle their strengths and weaknesses both inside and out.
The journey of the 4 lucky girls will be showcased as webisodes on Braun Beauty Arabia’s facebook page, where their friends and family will be able to vote and cheer them on. The finalist with the most compelling transformation, measured in terms of combined votes from the jury of experts and the public will win the title of Miss Confidence, and will walk away with $10,000 to use towards achieving her goals.
The competition to find Miss Confidence will be led by one of Saudi Arabia’s inspirational young artists, Aseel Omran, who at the tender age of 23 has already established her name both as an actress and a singing sensation. The competition and campaign will also be supported by 3 leading experts: Mimi Raad, the image consultant, Dr. Shazia Ali, the skin expert and psychologist, Samineh Shaheem. Together, these strong female mentors will help the 4 finalists elevate their self-confidence and prepare them for life’s challenges.
