Be Enchanted by Full Moon Yoga on the Roof at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai

Full moon yoga will return to Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai next month, following a popular session held earlier this year.

Suitable for all ability levels, the hour-long class will place a strong emphasis on meditation and will be led by Lara Bogdanovic.

“Participants will breathe, move, relax and meditate while listening to enchanting music,” she said.

“By allowing themselves to release the tension stored in their bodies and minds, they will become more energetic and relaxed in their everyday lives.”

The session will be held beside the swimming pool on the hotel’s 54th floor terrace, which offers sweeping vistas of the city. It has been organised by Soul Wellness & Spa, which opened at the property in December and also hosts sunset yoga sessions each Saturday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

Bogdanovic added: “The full moon yoga will be a magical experience, and everyone is welcome to take part.

“It is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your body and be at one with nature.”
