The British International Academy Kicks off Admissions Season for Students From KG to Grade 10

The British International Academy (BIA) for girls has started receiving applications from KG to grade 10 for the academic year 2018-2019.BIA is a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Years (DP). The school is a dual language school where Arabic is taught along with English, with focus on Islamic education.

During the academic year 2017-2018, the school has launched its House System that fosters teamwork, resilience, confidence and sporting etiquette which is an integral part of the school vision. In addition, BIA also hosted the semi-finals of the Arabic reading challenge (تحدي القراءة) under the patronage of The Prime Minister of Jordan H.H Dr Omar Razzaz, who was the Minister of Education at that time. The Arabic reading challenge is the largest Arab literacy initiative that invited participation from schools across the Arab world.

In preparations for another successful academic year, the school has planned a variety of events including open-house sessions, orientation tours, and introductory workshops that are held to welcoming new families.

The School follows a rigorous process that starts with the students’ enrolment to the implementation of the curriculum. The British International Academy has added resources to its existing state of tools designed to help parents easily complete the application process. Parents, applying to BIA for their kids, will now be able to receive the application forms and admission details through BIA website www.bia.edu.jo.
