Burgan Bank received the award in recognition of its outstanding performance across multiple fronts, including the staffing ratio of national talents across the different job levels, the involvement of women in the workplace, especially in leading roles, as well as the Bank’s efforts in supporting and hiring differently-abled talents. Other areas of excellence that earned Burgan the award were the benefits offered to the staff, the workplace culture, health and safety measures, the training and development efforts that support all staff in their career progression, and lastly, their low turnover rates.
