Chef Christian Garcia, Executive Chef at Kempinski Hotel Residences Palm Jumeirah kept the crowd inspired with his delectable seafood creations during a series of masterclasses and cooking demos on September 15th, day 5 of ‘Treat’ – the BurJuman World Food Fest 2012.

Whipping up a selection of dishes including an amuse bouche, herb breaded tuna with cous cous, sea bass and a lobster salad, Chef Garcia shared his culinary insider secrets during the evening’s sessions.

Tomorrow, for one evening only the International Centre for Culinary Arts Dubai, one of the Top 10 culinary institutes in the World, will host a series of six special masterclasses on Hot and Cold Canapes. Audience members will learn how to create inventive bite-sized delicacies that they can easily replicate at home.

With a series of free masterclasses, cooking demos, dining etiquette workshops, audience competitions, exciting rewards and delicious free sampling, Treat The BurJuman World Food Fest 2012 has been offering a wonderful interactive opportunity to dining enthusiasts, aspiring chefs, families and foodies to learn about different aspects of fine dining from leading industry experts at no cost at all. Treat runs until September 22nd, concluding with the highly anticipated BurJuman Junior Chef 2012 competition.
