Al Bustan Rotana Dubai Chefs win international culinary awards in Singapore

Chefs from Al Bustan Rotana Dubai have once again proven their culinary expertise as they gathered awards at the Food and Hotel Asia (FHA) 2012 held in Singapore recently. The event, which was attended by hundreds of kitchen masters from all over Asia, provided an exciting venue for chefs to engage on competitions showcasing various gastronomic categories.
Al Bustan Rotana’s Executive Pastry Chef Mahesha Dinakara brought home the bronze award for the Petit Four category while Sous Chef Kapila Amaratunga truimphantly bagged two bronze medals in the Wedding Cake and Pastry Showpiece competitions. Competing against and standing out among other culinary professionals from different countries including Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and more, the two chefs from the hotel have proven that Al Bustan Rotana Dubai’s culinary expertise is at par with international standards.
