Canadian Specialist Hospital donates medical supplies to Dubai Women Association

Canadian Specialist Hospital (CSH), one of the largest private hospitals in Dubai catering to the tertiary health care needs of the Middle East, donated over 1,000 medical items to Dubai Women Association for its nursery's clinic at the Al Khawaneej branch.

The hospital contributed towards the initiation and development of the Association's new clinic at their children's nursery. The items included various medical necessities required by a clinic, as well as medical guidance and expertise from the hospital staff.

Ms Fatma Ahmed Al Abdulla, Manager of Dubai Women's Association's Khawaneej Branch said, "We are extremely grateful to the management and staff of Canadian Specialist Hospital for this generous gesture. Their contribution is precious to our organization, children and families of the nursery. The entire set up of the hospital was supported by the hospital's guidance and will set out a long way for all of us."

Established in 1974, the Dubai Women's Association is mandated with supporting families and local communities, while Khawaneej branch, established in 1988, is one of the oldest and most active of the Association. The association offers a host of activities and services, including lectures, forums, festivals, exhibitions and programs that benefit women, children and families.
