Canon impresses business community in Jordan with new MAXIFY printers

Canon Middle East, a leader in imaging and printing solutions underlined its commitment to the small office and home office (SOHO) and the business community in Jordan by launching the latest models of MAXIFY printers.

The MAXIFY range enables Canon to offer greater choice to customers that are looking for professional quality colour printing as well as high-quality copying, scanning and faxing. The range delivers cost-effective colour prints thanks to new high-yield XL ink tanks and with a host of connectivity features, the MAXIFY range is perfect for flexible working and for office spaces where printers are shared by a team or small businesses.

The launch event was organised in association with United Electronics and was attended by nearly 70 tier 2 and tier 3 resellers. They experienced first-hand the power of MAXIFY laser printing from the demo units on display.

“The MAXIFY inkjet range employs bubble jet technology which is a first of its kind, to give high quality prints within reasonable running costs. Home-based offices are a growing trend in Jordan. Canon’s evolving technology in the SOHO and laser printer categories is in perfect harmony with this growth. We are seeing great traction with businesses here which means more opportunities for us to innovate and explore,” said Somesh Adukia, Regional Sales Director, Canon Middle East.

The event also saw the best seller tier 2 clients being recognised for their work while the top five performers of the year were awarded for taking Canon to greater heights.
