Canon Middle East to be imaging partners for Khalil Gibran Play in Dubai

Canon Middle East, a leader in imaging solutions, announced that its direct operation in the UAE, Canon Emirates will support “Rest Upon The Wind”, a play inspired by the life and times of Khalil Gibran. 

The play is set to be staged from 17th to 20th October, 2012 at The First Group Theatre, Madinat Jumeirah at 8 pm. Presented by BOLDtalks and produced by renowned play director Ali Matar, “Rest Upon the Wind” tells the tale of one of the Middle East’s most influential writers. 

Canon’s sponsorship of the theatrical production is in line with its ongoing efforts to help local, grass-roots cultural efforts and to inspire people’s creativity and innovation. 

As the imaging partner for the production, Canon Middle East will print all posters, brochures and marketing materials related to the play. In addition, the company will arrange for a “click and print” activity at the venue, enabling visitors to capture their memory of the evening and to leave with a token reminder of the time spent with family or friends.
