Capital Club partners with Happometer to fire-up member & employee happiness

The Capital Club, the Kingdom’s Premier Private City Club, managed by Signature Clubs International, recently launched Happometer - a cloud platform aimed at optimizing Members’ feedback on-the-spot, and facilitating the delivery of best-in-class services and experience.

Signature Clubs International, the operator and manager of the Capital Club brand, first launched the new technology in its Dubai Club, before rolling it out to the Clubs in Bahrain and Nairobi.

Being among the world’s most exclusive clubs, with hundreds of highly accomplished Members at each location, The Capital Club continuously refines its methods of connecting with its Members, while engaging staff, who are at the heart of delivering Club services.
