Capital Club hosts French dinner

Capital Club, the Kingdom’s premier private business club, recently hosted an exclusive French Dinner in celebration of ‘French Week’ in Bahrain. More than 170 Members and guests from the French community attended the spectacular event which included a sumptuous traditional seven-course French gourmet meal with a live performance from a group of young leading musicians from Paris, the Swing Deluxe.

The highlight of the evening was the ‘Singing Cabaret Gypsy Swing’ concert, a full-scale musical event that included singing, swing and great classics, in addition to traditional music from Eastern Europe.

National French Week is an annual celebration of French language and francophone cultures. The purpose of the French Week is to increase the community's understanding and appreciation of the French language by finding interesting and entertaining ways of looking at how French culture touches millions of people from various countries around the world.
