Capital Club seminar to sharpen your negotiation skills

The Capital Club Dubai, the region’s premier private business club and a member of the ENSHAA group of companies, will host a seminar; Become a Black Belt Negotiator on Tuesday, November 22nd 2011, by internationally acclaimed speaker Tom Flatau to revolutionise the audience’s ability to negotiate successfully.

At the event, organised in association with Teamworking International, the speaker will demonstrate the tried and tested process and techniques that revolutionise the ability to achieve a profitable outcome each and every time  you conclude a deal.

During the seminar, Flatau will introduce the 5-step process to win-win negotiation. He will train the audience on how to prepare psychologically, and workout exactly what they want. Show techniques   on finding the ‘hidden’ interests, structure a deal that suits both sides, spot any tricks that may be used to undermine the negotiator’s position and how to complete the deal that will ensure a long-term mutually profitable relationship.

The seminar will address important aspects, such as underperforming when negotiating, giving too much away, the fear of damaging the relationship or entirely losing the project by asking too much and failing to understand the negotiation process.

According to Teamworking International, by following the steps and applying the techniques learnt on its negotiation skills programme, a middle manager from an international airline was able to increase the profit of a particular deal from $95,000 to $150,000.
