In Celebration of Independence Day Orange Jordan Changes Network Name to “ISTIQLAL80”
In honor of its national identity and to commemorate the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's 80th Independence Day, Orange Jordan announced changing its network name, appearing on mobile devices that support this feature, to "ISTIQLAL80."
This step reinforces the values of pride, dignity, determination, progress, and national unity under the Jordanian flag. It also embodies the company's role in commemorating national occasions through its digital platforms, reflecting its position as a trusted national partner.
In line with the company's slogan "Orange is Here" and its commitment to be present with Jordanians in their joys and celebrations, the network’s name was changed for three days, coinciding with Independence Day, which falls on 25th May 2026, to accompany customers during this occasion. Meanwhile, Orange Money added the official logo in celebration and to affirm its participation alongside Jordanians on this national day.
Orange Jordan is proud of its sense of belonging to the nation and believes it is a partner in Jordan's modern history, from its leadership as the true responsible digital leader in the telecommunications sector to its active contribution to supporting digital transformation, innovation, and empowering all groups of society in Jordan, including families and youth.
