CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq to Share Insight on Investment Opportunities in Social Housing

As part of its platinum sponsorship of the Innovation Summit 2025 in the social housing sector, Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain’s largest real estate developer, has announced the participation of its Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, in a panel discussion focused on investment opportunities within the social housing sector.

Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the conference will take place from 23–25 April 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain, under the theme “Towards Innovative and Sustainable Housing Solutions.” The event is organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in partnership with Eskan Bank. 
Bringing together leading local and international experts in the field, the summit will act as a knowledge base discussing the best practices on building sustainable urban communities. Discussions will include the latest innovations in construction and design technologies, as well as the strategies, policies, and legal frameworks required to tackle current challenges in the real estate landscape. The program also aims to shed light on various investment opportunities and the role of regulatory reform in unlocking the full potential of the social housing sector.
