City Mall, the city’s favourite, goes dark to shine the light on climate change with Earth Hour 2018. The mall joined millions around the world, by switching off the two side signs of its exterior façade and diming the interior lighting for one hour on March 24th started at 8:30 pm.

City Mall’s active participation in Earth Hour is driven by the mall’s commitment to community responsibility, to illuminate a powerful message about environmental awareness and action. Mrs. Maram Enaya, Assistant General Manager of Commercial Affairs at City Mall, stressed on that, saying: “We’re proud to continue our participation in this global effort because it sends a strong message that every individual can make a change to achieve sustainable development and ultimately reduce our impact on the planet."
