Crowne Plaza® Amman has proudly announced achieving the ISO 22000 certificate for food safety through the supervision of Orouba Alaween, food safety engineer. Crowne Plaza® Amman is the third InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) hotel in Jordan to achieve this certificate.

Mr. Oussama Massoud, Regional General Manager for IHG Jordan said: “This is another achievement for Crowne Plaza® Amman that we are extremely proud of. The ISO (The International Organization for standardization) 22000 international standards specify the requirements for a food safety management system that involves the following elements: Interactive communication, system management, prerequisite programs and Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
