Successful volunteering initiative for Crowne Plaza Amman with Injaz

Dozens of Crowne Plaza Amman colleagues have participated in the Young Volunteer Day initiative with INJAZ B.L.C. They were involved with many of the students, and have engaged with them in a variety of activities, including planting the schoolyards, painting the classrooms, and repairing school equipment.

This experience had been special and memorable for the Crowne Plaza Amman colleagues. Hamed Bataineh, Assistant Director of Sales said of his experience: “I am very happy to be part of this great initiative, especially with such students who were excited and eager to perform those activities. They even requested for such initiatives to be done on a regular basis, and I would delightfully volunteer again if the opportunity arises.” Muna Ahmad, Assistant Training Manager was fond of her experience as well: “The students were so grateful for the help and the support and loved to engage in learning and working. I found this experience to be worthwhile and the students benefited from having a mentor, especially one who can bring new skills, education and ideas to enrich the students and expand their horizons.”

The Crowne Plaza Amman volunteers were thrilled with the experience and believe that as colleagues of Crowne Plaza Amman, it is their responsibility to always be part of such initiatives and activities now and in the future.
