Mr. Oussama Massoud, Regional General Manager for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Jordan and Palestine announced the promotion of Ayman Rasheed from Area Chief Engineer to the position of Executive Assistant Manager of Crowne Plaza Amman.

Rasheed has a long history with IHG that goes back to 2003. He enjoys great experience in the field of engineering, including maintaining the performance of the engineering department, implementing energy saving plans, performing quality audits for the entire properties, among many other responsibilities. He was a vital member of the team that opened both Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea and Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa. His passion and eagerness to learn and develop himself has made him grow with the IHG team over the years, especially in the Risk Management field, as well as making sure of maintaining high quality and continuous improvement for IHG properties in both Jordan and Palestine.

Ayman Rasheed is excited about his new role at the five-star Amman property, and is looking forward to working hand in hand with the Crowne Plaza Amman colleagues, so that they can all provide a better and enhanced experience to the guests.
