First approved training center at Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa

Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa is now accredited as the first approved training center for the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance UK (HABC) in Jordan; HABC being the world’s leading provider of food safety and compliance qualification and training material. This comes after the resort’s announcement that it is the first IHG hotel in Jordan & Palestine and the first hotel in the Dead Sea area to be certified with the ISO 22000: 2005 for food safety.

Now, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa is officially registered to provide HABC training programs that lead to the following HABC qualifications: HABC level 1 award in food safety in catering, HABC level 2 award in food safety in catering, HABC level 3 award in supervising food safety in catering, level 2 award in HACCP (Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points) for catering, level 3 award in effective auditing and inspection skills.

Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa boasts 420 rooms and suites, including one Presidential Suite and one Royal suite.
