Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan, INFINITI and Renault in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has announced the launch of its new AWRGold Membership Program with vehicle pick up and drop off service.

Assuring the convenience and peace of mind of customers, AWRGold Membership Program is developed to offer a wide range of services including vehicle pick up and drop off, vehicle registration renewal, 24-hour roadside assistance and one annual airport pick-up and drop-off in addition to the regular services offered at Arabian Automobiles service centres.

AWRGold Membership is open currently for all Nissan, INFINITI and Renault retail customers as a value addition for paid service contracts, subject to terms and conditions. Non-service contract customer scan also avail of the AWRGold Membership separately at nominal fee and can renew it once the current membership expires.

Assuring hassle-free service for customers, AWRGold Membership Program is part of the several customer-oriented initiatives launched by Arabian Automobiles Service offering stress-free ownership. Members will have access to four vehicle pick-up or two vehicle pick-up and two drop-off services in a year using a flat-bed truck by a trained & professional driver from any location within Dubai and the Northern Emirates to the nearest Arabian Automobiles Service Center for performing periodic maintenance and general repairs.

The 24-hour roadside assistance covers towing service, battery boosting, flat tyre repair and emergency fuel delivery in UAE. The scope of vehicle registration renewal service includes pick-up and drop-off of vehicles from the customer’s location within the UAE for statutory check-ups for vehicle registration and vehicle registration formalities with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
