Darwazeh appointed representative of the Government Shareholdings’ Management Company in RJ Board of Directors

According to the decision resolved by the board of directors of the Government Shareholdings’ Management Company dated June 19, 2016, Engineer Saeed Samih Darwazeh was appointed a representative of the Government Shareholdings’ Management Company in RJ’s Board of Directors, replacing Suleiman Hafez. The decision is effective as of June 19.

RJ Board of Directors is due to convene on Tuesday June 21, 2016 for a meeting chaired by the Vice Chairman Dr. Nofan Ajarmeh to discuss the agenda of the board meeting. It is expected that the Board of Directors will elect Saeed Darwazeh Chairman of the Board, succeeding Suleiman Hafez.
