DEWA organises workshop for employees with Emirates Group

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), in cooperation with Emirates Group, has organised an introductory workshop to present a number of exclusive offers by Emirates Group to DEWA’s employees. The workshop also discussed how to benefit from the Skywards loyalty programme.

Over 100 employees attended the workshop, which was presented by Abdullah Al Hassai, Maryam Allouz, Noora Al Tamimi and Masooma Al Rahma from Emirates Group. They highlighted the offers by Emirates Group to DEWA’s staff, in addition to details on the expansion plans of Emirates Group and the new destinations announced recently.

“The cooperation with Emirates Group is part of our initiatives to support our employees to strengthen corporate loyalty, and as part of our social responsibility to enhance their well-being.  We are committed to providing a variety of services and special offers for our employees, who contribute to the success of DEWA and its industrial leadership,” said Khawla Al Mehairi, VP of Marketing and Corporate Communications of DEWA.

The DEWA team thanked Emirates Group for the information and the special offers provided, and Emirates Group team extended their appreciation to DEWA for hosting the workshop.

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) was formed on 1 January, 1992, by a decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum to take over and merge the Dubai Electric Company and the Dubai Water Department that had been operating independently for several years until then.
