Discounts start from 1.85 % of the vehicle's value by Methaq

In response to the desire of the customers, and Methaq Takaful Insurance's interest in granting the largest number of customers a golden opportunity, the company's board decided to extend period of its discount offers on auto insurance, which starts from 1.85 per cent of the vehicle's value to Eid Al Adha.

Mr. Khalil Saeed, the executive director of the support operations in Methaq said that the extension of the offers came after the great demand witnessed during Ramadan for insurance products provided by the company, which exceeded all expectations. It also came in response to requests of the customers received through telephone and mail, as well as direct visits to the branches of Methaq. All customers demanded unanimously to extend the offers so as to benefit from them in insuring their vehicles, Saeed added.

Policy of Methaq is based on meeting requirements and desires of the customers, persistent seeking of their satisfaction through the products, appropriate price, fast proceeding and after sale service, Saeed explained.

Director of operations operating explained that Methaq adhered to provision of communication services through the BlackBerry (PIN: 268ae878), where customers can know about the insurance services provided by Methaq, including value of insurance, benefiting from rewarding offers. Such services will provide customer with more comfort and time saving. Customers can file copies of driver's license and vehicle's ownership card through conversation software in BlackBerry, before coming to the company, whereas a staff of Methaq will prepare the insurance document and then contact the customer to receive it.
