Diyar Al Muharraq to Participate in Fourth Edition of Cityscape Bahrain

Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain’s largest real estate development company, has announced its participation in the fourth edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2025. Set to take place from 25th to 29th November at Exhibition World Bahrain, the event will be held under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

To mark the occasion, a signing ceremony was held with Informa Markets on Tuesday, 21 October, in the presence of Mr. Hussain Malalla, Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing at Diyar Al Muharraq, and Dom Clerici, Head of Marketing for Cityscape Middle East, alongside representatives from both parties. This initiative reflects the company’s keenness to keep pace with the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and to enhance investment opportunities.

During the exhibition, Diyar Al Muharraq will deliver exclusive offers on a variety of its projects including its waterfront villa development Al Naseem, one of the Kingdom’s most prominent residential communities. With the third and final phase recently completed, the project consists of 115 villas across five categories, offering various layouts and sizes to suit different family lifestyles.

Visitors to Diyar Al Muharraq’s pavilion will also be introduced to its projects on the North Islands, comprising of Al Wasem and the newly launched Suhail project. Al Wasem encompasses over 55 waterfront plots catering to the diverse needs of families, while Suhail includes 62 freehold residential plots overlooking scenic waterways, complemented by a community center, mosque, and retail spaces.
