DPG promotes employee development with fifth ‘Insights on Leadership’ forum

Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, held the fifth session of its ‘Insights on Leadership’ forum in collaboration with DP World as part of its Corporate Academy Programme. The leadership forum provided DPG’s senior management with insights on best practice in business development.
The session was introduced by Mr. Khalid Al Malik, Group CEO of Dubai Properties Group, and included a presentation by guest speaker Mr. Mohammed Sharaf, Group CEO of DP World. With more than two decades in the transport and logistics business, Mr. Mohammed Sharaf shared his valuable insights and experience on business development best practice and gave examples of how his business has addressed and overcome a variety of challenges.
In what was the developer’s fifth ‘Insights on Leadership’ forum, developed to provide DPG employees with best practice and first-hand advice from distinguished industry leaders from the region, Mr. Sharaf gave guidance to DPG employees on adapting and managing changes within an organization. Having overseen a major international growth strategy integrating the domestic and international arms of DP World , he was able to highlight how a business can adapt to changes and move forward successfully.
