Dubai Business Club Rated 6-Stars as Dubai Economy Pursues Improved Customer Happiness

The ‘Dubai Business Club’ of the Department of Economic Development (DED) maintained its top position among customer service centres in Dubai with a six-star rating for the year 2017 too. The Happiness Lounge of Dubai Economy has also won a four-star rating, brining added recognition for Dubai Economy.
The top rating, won for the second consecutive year, follows continuous efforts by Dubai Economy to enhance the quality of services provided to customers and make the business environment in the emirate more attractive, competitive and sustainable.
DED launched the Dubai Business Club in line with the vision of the Government of Dubai to position the emirate as an ideal destination for investment and business growth. At the Dubai Business Club, VIP customers receive a range of premium services aimed to encourage them in developing their business.
The rating reflects the role of Dubai Economy in developing government services to address the varied needs of customers, including consumers, in Dubai. It also validates the efforts to achieve economic development in Dubai and translate the vision of the Government of Dubai in promoting the spirit of competitiveness and sustainability as well as the pursuit of excellence in providing world-class services in the emirate.
The Dubai Business Club aims to provide a unique and unified service window to premium customers where they can complete various government transactions within one working day while relaxing in a convenient and luxurious setting. The service team at the Dubai Business Club are capable of addressing customer needs and completing transactions with unmatched speed and precision.
In addition to the services of DED, the Dubai Business Club also enables investors and businessmen to access the services of various other entities including the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Dubai Police General HQ, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Notary Public, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation, and Commercial Bank of Dubai.
