Dubai Islamic Bank recognised for service excellence at Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2015

Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), the largest Islamic bank in the UAE, announced today that it has been awarded the “Gulf Customer Experience Award” in the “Best Financial / Insurance Services: Banking and Investment” category at the inaugural Gulf Customer Experience Awards. The accolade recognises the bank’s leadership in providing the highest quality of customer service across the consumer and business banking segments. DIB received the award at the ceremony held recently at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Dubai.
Celebrating the very best in customer service practices across various industries and categories, the inaugural Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2015 is based on the internationally-recognised model implemented by the UK Customer Experience Awards. Entrants for this program were assessed according to stringent evaluation criteria by a panel of advisors, industry leaders and practitioners.
For more than four decades, DIB has leveraged its unrivalled financial expertise and a relentless focus on innovation to deliver the highest quality of banking services for its customers. Testament to its efforts has been its ‘Smart Bank’ initiative, which is aligned with the Government’s ‘Smart City’ agenda.
