Dubai Properties kicks off the New Year with Mudon Handovers at DUBAILAND

Leading real estate developer Dubai Properties (DP) has revealed that it has started the handover process in its popular residential community in DUBAILAND, Mudon. Having commenced on December 15^th, a total of 72 townhouses in the first phase of Mudon, Al Salaam, along with an additional 112 townhouses in Al Naseem, the second phase of the community, are ready for handover.

As the developer geared up for handovers, considerable construction progress has been achieved with the majority of the internal road network now complete and work on external roads expected to be complete by the end of December 2014. DP has also been forging forward with landscaping, making significant headway preparing the courtyards around Al Salaam and Naseem.

Commenting on the news, Mohammed Al Habbai, Chief of Infrastructure and Urban Planning at DPG, said: “Since its launch, we have witnessed a very strong and positive response in Mudon from the market and we are very proud to see handovers commence in this popular community. We are pleased to see families move in to their new homes in both Al Salaam and Naseem and hope they enjoy the vibrant lifestyle DP has strived to create within Mudon.”

A growing development, Mudon has become one of Dubai’s most popular residential communities, owing to its great location, unique contemporary design and balanced lifestyle. Adding to its community feel, plans for a 64,000 sq. ft. community centre are currently underway for Mudon and will include a swimming pool, gym and an attractive mix of retail outlets to further convenience residents.

Other amenities will include a park at the centre of Mudon, linking all neighbourhoods and further enhancing the family lifestyle residents look for when investing in this community. The developer has also recently tied up with GEMS Education to open a GEMS School by September 2016.
