Dubai Properties achieves key construction milestones at Manazel AlKhor Development

Real estate developer, Dubai Properties (DP), has announced the completion of a number of key construction milestones in Manazel AlKhor development. The developer has been working closely with its consultants WSP and engineering contractors, Sun Engineering to complete the majority of the substructure phase, making sure the building meets standard required by all relevant authorities.

The construction of the superstructure will be progressing once the remainder of the excavation of the site is wrapped up. Some of the next steps will include the laying of the first block (the parking block).

Commenting on the progress, Mohammed Al Habbai, Chief Officer of Urban Planning and Infrastructure at DPG, said: “Manazel AlKhor will be a unique luxury development. We are ahead of schedule according to the approved dates, and are confident we will continue making headway at this current rate. Manazel AlKhor has received strong interest from buyers so far and we look forward to delivering this world-class development to them.”

Located at Culture Village on the Dubai Creek banks, Manazel AlKhor celebrates the heritage of Dubai, providing an access point to one of the country’s most significant landmarks. Staying true to the traditional Emirati theme, Manazel AlKhor will feature local architecture, with shared amenities including a gym, pool. 

Culture Village will be the city’s first creek-side development with residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and cultural components, attracting both international and regional visitors.  On completion, Manazel AlKhor investors will be able to enjoy Culture Village’s retail, entertainment and cultural offerings, including 3.8 km of promenade walkways and landscaped features, and mixed use complex overlooking the internal canal, and a centrally located marina with mooring and access points along the promenade directly connected to Dubai Creek.
