Dubai Silicon Oasis comes alive in national colours in celebration of UAE’s 40th Anniversary

In line with the ‘Spirit of the Union’ celebration launched by the Government of the UAE on the occasion of the 40^th National Day, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the integrated free zone technology park, has adorned its headquarters in the UAE’s national colours to mark the occasion.

The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) commenced its celebrations on November 1 organizing several activities within its premises. These activities kicked off with the display of the UAE flag on the wings of its headquarters. The community looks equally resplendent with the streets proudly decked in the tri-colours of the country. A daily laser show, beamed at the headquarters, lights up the skies after dark with the UAE flag colours, adding to the free zone’s overall festive ambience.

Additionally, a photo gallery on ‘UAE in the Past’, showcasing historical images and highlighting traditions, has been set up on the ground floor of DSOA headquarters. A number of tools, crafts, antiques, traditional and conventional weapons used by ancestors are also on display.
