ECB & ITW Consulting Announces the Start of SKY247.NET Abu Dhabi ODI Series

The Emirates Cricket Board along with ITW Consulting announced the schedule for the upcoming Abu Dhabi ODI series which will see the UAE take on Ireland. The series is scheduled to have a total of four ODIs that will be played on January 8, 10, 12 and 14 at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. 

The Title Sponsor for the tournament is going to be SKY247.Net and it would be covered in India on Euro Sports, on Premier Sports in UK, Criclife in UAE and Willow TV in USA.  

Mubashshir Usmani, General Secretary, Emirates Cricket Board said, “I'm grateful to Ireland for accepting our invitation and coming to play this ODI series in the UAE. This will provide a great opportunity for the UAE team and the development of cricket in UAE is poised to take a positive leap from here.”

Speaking at the event, Vivek Chandra, Director, ITW Consulting MENA said, “We are very excited about this upcoming series. ITW works closely with the Emirates Cricket Board as well as Cricket Ireland and we thought it would be a great opportunity for both teams to have an exciting ODI experience. Both these teams have great potential, and we look forward to helping these teams in every way possible.”

The series is set to mark the first major international action in the one-day format in 2021.
