Emarat’s “Freshplus” opens its eighth store in Dubai Customs

“Freshplus”, the unique trade name in convenience stores sector, is continuing its growth and success among competing trade names, with the opening of the eighth “Freshplus” store in Dubai Customs, by an investor who was granted the franchise to the trade name.
Emirates General Petroleum Corporation "Emarat” attended the opening ceremony, represented Dr. Rahma bin Mohamed Al Shamsi, Retail Sales Manager, and Mr. Abdulla Hassan Al Noman, Manager, Retail Sales Operations, and on behalf of Dubai Customs, Mrs. Nadia Abdullah Kamaly, Acting Executive Director of HR, Finance and Administration Division, and Mr. Ahmad Obeid Al Falasi, Head of Administrative Affairs accompanied by a number of executive officials, in addition to the businessman Mr. Ismail Abdullah Ahmad, owner of the new store.
Dr. Rahma expressed his pride in “Freshplus”’ success, its speedy expansion and its increasing attraction of investors seeking its franchise right.
Dr. Al Shamsi said that “Freshplus” is one of Emarat’s trade names, and these include Bakeria which specializes in light snacks, sandwiches, fresh bread, pastries and sweets, and Café Arabicca which offers a wide array of fresh coffee drinks.
He further added that “Freshplus” embodies the Corporation’s policy that aims continuously to implement innovative services that set it apart from other competing companies. Emarat always endeavors to meet its customers’ needs and to provide them with comfortable and high quality services.

With this new store, the number of franchised stores in the UAE became eight, in addition to one store in Oman, owned by one of the most prominent businessman in the Sultanate of Oman.
