Emirates Grand Hotel Welcomes New Housekeeping Manager

Emirates Grand Hotel has recently appointed Khartik Kumar as Housekeeping Manager and will be in charge of planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping Department including host relations and day-to-day operations to ensure that guests’ expectations are met.
Mr. Kumar will supervise the housekeeping functions in all guest rooms, public areas, offices and the surrounding areas of the hotel. He is responsible in preparing, monitoring and controlling the annual Housekeeping budget, as well as in selecting, training, and evaluating the housekeeping staff in compliance with the existing host management system.
Kumar has more than 10 years of experience of housekeeping in hospitality field. He was the Assistant Housekeeper in Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai before joining Emirates Grand Hotel. Prior to coming to Dubai, majority of his professional experience were gained from international hotel chains in India including Holiday Inn, Starwood, Kempinski and Taj Hotels.
