Emirates Palace Hotel the perfect hospitality experience a kid can get

The Emirates Palace hotel has added an additional palatial service to its array of unique services offered to its distinguished guests; “The Palace Kids”, a new programme and service offered to kids when accompanying their parents at the Palace.

According to Mr. Bugra Berberoglu, Emirates Palace General Manager: “The Palace kids programme is a recreational hospitality for children spending their holidays and special moments along with their families. This service is one of the first of its kind to be implemented in UAE for the purpose of providing children comfort and extra facilities from the moment they arrive with their parents until the end of their stay. It offers kids a magical journey full of surprises and enjoyment. It is definitely a way to impress them without disturbing their fantasy world”

Berberoglu added: “The programme is a qualitative and distinctive addition to the family tourism industry at the Emirates Palace.”

Indeed, the Palace kids programme comprises of many activities; from having a special check in and check out space for them to filling out their own registration cards to giving them their welcome bags and much more. The programme will also conduct weekly house tours, known by “The Magical Journey,” as well as some Food & Beverage special treats with kids’ menus, games and child-prepared rooms.

A Palace Kids Ambassador has been appointed to be in charge of adhering to all kids’ needs and family inquiries during their entire stay at the Emirates Palace.
