Emrill partners with Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply to deliver unique training programme

Emrill, the multi-award winning Facilities Management provider in the UAE recently formed a strategic partnership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) as part of its commitment to develop young talent and procurement professionals and promoting best practice. Through this partnership, Emrill’s Supply Chain Department gets direct access to an accredited training programme for a Diploma in Procurement and Supply through CIPS.

Once trained and certified, Emrill’s employees will be equipped with the skills to plan, prepare and carry out effective negotiations. They will also be able to apply a range of contractual terms and tenders with a strong understanding of how they affect direct and indirect expenditure. The programme will also enable participants to apply unique techniques to manage relationships and understand how to leverage opportunities to maximise the effectiveness of the Supply Chain Department and employ best practice principles in a diverse range of sectors.

Thanks to the programme’s online self-study format, trainees can access the CIPS e-learning library containing high-quality content across a range of purchasing, procurement and supply chain management topics. Each CIPS e-learning module contains interactive tutorials that combine comprehensive learning material with specific scenarios, case studies, questions and quizzes proven to be effective in developing the ability for participants to practically apply their learning.
