Emrill announces World Trade Center Abu Dhabi Win

Emrill, the leading Facilities Management provider in the UAE, today announced the signing of a three year facilities management contract for The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi with Aldar Properties PJSC.

In addition to MEP, housekeeping, concierge and lifeguarding services, Emrill is providing specialist services that include maintenance of ELV Systems, aircraft warning lights, UPS, CO detection, chemical dosing, generators and swimming pools.

World Trade Center Abu Dhabi, the impressive 166,296 sqm project developed by Aldar is located in the Old Central Market in the heart of Abu Dhabi and comprises of five major assets that include a grand souq with 250 retail outlets, a fully equipped mall with 150 retail outlets and 474 luxurious residential units. The project is part of Aldar’s vision to make Abu Dhabi an international business and tourist destination.
