Every Thursday and Friday from 12pm - 3pm, diners can indulge a meticulously crafted menu featuring Prime68’s signature starters, mouthwatering main courses, and divine desserts, all against a stunning backdrop of Dubai’s skyline from the lofty heights of the 68th floor.

Diners can choose from an array of starters including the classic French Onion Soup, the crisp and refreshing Caesar Salad, and the exquisite Gambero Rosso Carpaccio, just to name a few. For the main main course, choose from succulent dishes such as the Stanbroke Signature Black Angus Filet Mignon MB3, the perfectly cooked Cedarwood Roasted Norwegian Salmon or flavourful Truffle Gnocchi, concluded by a delicious dessert of classic Eton Mess or Eton Mess Chocolate Mousse.
