EQUATE continues partnership with Zakat House for iftar meals & water distribution during Ramadan

For the third consecutive year, EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international joint-venture in this industry, has continued its partnership with Zakat House during the holy month of Ramadan.

The partnership includes the daily distribution of both Ramadan iftar meals and water during evening prayers with the participation of the company employees.

EQUATE Senior Executive for Corporate Communications & Government Affairs Abeer Al-Omar said, “This collaboration with Zakat House is a reflection of our sustainability-based approach for the benefit of all stakeholders. Supporting humanitarian initiatives, especially during this holy month, is a priority for EQUATE that believes in being ‘Partners in Success’ in every possible field.”

Al-Omar expressed appreciation and gratitude to Zakat House for its overall efforts and role throughout the society.

On his part, EQUATE Maintenance Activity Coordinator Abdullah Al-Mutawa, who is one of the volunteers for these activities, “Throughout this month of giving and sharing, EQUATE wishes to display a culture of cooperation and unity. Through supporting various sustainable efforts, such a culture is aimed at benefitting the society and its members, nationals and expats alike.” 

EQUATE’s participants in these activities included employees from different functions and departments.
