EQUATE Petrochemical Company sponsored the 12th Firemen Day 2014 under the patronage of Minister of State for Council of Ministers Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah.

EQUATE’s contribution in the event included interaction with the public and other stakeholders to highlight EQUATE’s Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) efforts through the participation of EH&S Leader Mohammad Al-Shamary and other employees from the company.

In recognition of its continuous support to Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD), Al-Sabah presented EQUATE with a token of appreciation.

EQUATE maintains record safety levels and prides itself on applying globally accredited and recognized practices to ensure a safe and secure working environment. During 2013, EQUATE also launched EQUATE Home Safety Campaign (Stay Safe) whereby it communicated home safety practices with the public. This is all part of EQUATE’s sustainability framework towards maintaining its promise of being “Partners in Success.”
