Mohamad Dergham appointed as Head of Ericsson North Middle East
Ericsson today appointed Mohamad Dergham as the new Head of Ericsson North Middle East region, in a move to reaffirm the company’s long-term vision to further strengthen the company’s market position and accelerate the transformation towards the Networked Society in the Northern Middle East countries.
Rafiah Ibrahim, President of Ericsson Middle East, said: “Mohammed’s extensive experience gives him the relevant market competence and experience to drive Ericsson’s position in North Middle East to new heights. We have every confidence in his abilities to successfully lead his team and drive market presence in this dynamically developing marketplace.”

Dergham takes the new position after several years as Ericsson’s Country Manager in Iraq, giving him a strong understanding of the new geographical territory that he will oversee. Having been with Ericsson since 2001, he has held several positions within the company and in the region.
