In line with its commitment to offer best after sale services, Eros Group, leading distributor of world renowned electronic brands brings state of the art facilities to meet with latest technology at its new customer service center for consumer. With modern features and latest technology, the service center will redefine after sales support in Dubai by providing top of the class service facilities benefitting the consumers.

Located in Al Quoz and sprawling across 16500 square feet, the new service center is designed to international standards and has latest technology such as an ESD* (Electrostatic Discharge) protected workshop, secured areas with Bio-metric access control etc.  The center is open 6 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm and offers the support and consultancy of 60 engineers and technicians for all of Eros’s brands, including Samsung, Hitachi and TCL.

With an investment of approximately USD 3 million, the new facility is manned by highly trained engineers and has all the necessary equipment to repair a range of consumer electronic devices including TVs, mobiles, Home Appliances, DVD players, home theaters and other small appliances. In line with the progress, the workshop is also designed to adopt any demand that may arise in future.

Eros Groups now has a total of eight service points in UAE of which Al Quoz service centre is one of the largest and employs international standards of service and repair. In addition to the service centers, Eros Group also runs its exclusive five ‘Service on Wheels’ for its customers all across UAE.

The first of its kind, this special service on wheel is a mobile workshop manned by qualified engineers and possesses all the accustomed high standards of service, rewarded as Idea of the year 2009 by Dubai Quality Group which has been the hall mark of Eros Group.
