Ferrari World Abu Dhabi announces big plans for the year ahead during ATM 2012
The world’s first Ferrari-inspired theme park, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, announced exciting new plans for the year ahead, cementing the compelling family entertainment proposition it offers domestic and international tours operators and agents attending the Arabian Travel Market 2012.
The iconic indoor theme park located on Yas Island Abu Dhabi announced that a brand new experiential ride, a new show production and a host of family-friendly activities will offer guests even more reasons to visit the Park this year.

Viaggio in Italia Flying over Italy a beautiful family experience that lifts guests into a giant inverted dome and takes them on a virtual flying journey over Italy is already in a soft opening phase. Once aboard the ride, guests experience a multi-sensory aerial adventure through Italy’s breathtaking countryside and cityscapes, pursuing a Ferrari along the course of the famous Mille Miglia road rally. Special sensory effects including mist, wind and scents creating the sensation of really soaking in the sights, sounds and aromas of Italy.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will also debut a stunning new entertainment. The show will replace La Gara and in the true spirit of Ferrari and Italy, it is set to be a lively and spectacular production.
In addition, Park visitors will enjoy exciting themed events and activities – from the high octane Speed Week, focused around the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix, Italian-themed festivals along the lines of the popular Italia! Italia! celebrations held in April and F1™ screenings from cities all around the world, there’ll be plenty of entertainment adding to the Park’s stunning selection of Ferrari-inspired rides and attractions.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will exhibit at stand UAE710 during ATM – the region’s largest travel and tourism event which takes place from 30 April – 3 May 2012 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC).
