FGB named ‘Best Local Bank’ in the UAE

FGB, one of the leading banks in the UAE, has been named ‘Best Local Bank’ in the UAE at the 2016 EMEA Finance Middle East Banking Awards. FGB representatives received the award at a ceremony held recently at the Conrad Dubai hotel.

The awards, organised by EMEA Finance Magazine, recognise and celebrate the achievements of the best commercial, investment and Islamic banks as well as asset managers and brokers across the Middle East. The awards are judged on various performance and structural factors, such as market share, growth in important product classes, profitability and corporate strategy.
