Four Seasons Amman appoints new Executive Chef Chuck Kazmer

Four Seasons Hotel Amman is pleased to announce the appointment of Chuck Kazmer as the new Executive Chef who will be overseeing all of the Hotel's food & beverage operations that include Olea, Asia, Vivace, The Square Bar, The Foyer Lounge as well as in-room dining. Chuck has had a long-standing journey with Four Seasons hotels that began in 1991 as an apprentice in Austin, Texas. Since then he has worked as a Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, a Senior Banquet Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Dallas, Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Houston and most recently as Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz Carlton (A Four Seasons Hotel) in Chicago.
Commenting on his appointment, Chuck stated, “With more than 20 years of professional cooking, I can confidently say that cooking food is my passion and the love of my life. I am very excited to be moving to such a beautiful country and feel privileged to be working with Four Seasons Hotel Amman. This is the next stepping stone in my career.”

A highly creative and detail-oriented chef, Chuck creates local farm to table cuisine for banqueting events, in room dining and restaurant service by combining traditional and modern cooking techniques. He is specialized in creating out of the box menus for weddings as well as catering corporate and private events.
