Two members of the Concierge team at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence are the latest within the group’s Middle Eastern properties to join the ranks of concierge staff that proudly wear the crossed-key badge of Les Clefs d’Or – a fraternity of the top-ranked hotel concierges across more than fifty countries, recognized for their commitment to the highest quality of service and a true passion for their position within the hospitality industry.

Ahmed Ayoub and Tamer Kelany are the winning duo most recently graced with the crossed-key badge. Chef Concierge Ayoub has been a part of the Hotel’s integral pre-opening team and has worked with Four Seasons for more than 12 years, while Kelany joined the team more than four years ago.

Their combined in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of Cairo and their passion and dedication to provide the best insights to guests is a testament to their years of experience and success in meeting guests’ expectations.
